I would like to express great appreciation to Grand Istana Rama - Kuta for providing us a very memorable and comfortable stay. We celebrated my husband and my daughter’s birthday there and on two separate occasions they gave us complementary cakes which were very delicious! They even surprised my husband in our room. Very memorable, indeed! Super clean and the location is fantastic! ❤️ Oh and the staff is exceptional!!! We love Bali and its people!

A beautiful well situated resort. Close to the airport and close to shops and malls and the beach. Secluded, even though it’s in a busy area. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I’ve never met such friendly people in my life. Just fabulous!
